Family vacation

Loved the location. Couldn’t be any better. Right by the water and right across from the pass. Loved the view. Condo was nice. Check in and check out was super easy. Only issue we had was getting someone to call us back when there was an issue. I called and text and never got a response. Other than that we had a wonderful time and loved the condo and would stay again.

Perfect Vacation Rental

This property was exactly as advertised. Amazing views on patio and short walk to beach. Dont need a rental car because everything is within walking distance. Kitchen area is all newly updated and stocked with everything needed to cook and eat in. The washer and dryer was a bonus and they even provided beach towels. There are some chairs to take to beach but there are rentals also available on the beach. We spent most days on the beach but did enjoy a couple days at the pool. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect location

The property is beautiful. Walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, bars. As many reviews have mentioned, having the bar directly across the street with live music all day into the evening was a huge plus! This condo is located right on the beach. Pool was enjoyable and clean. Communication with management was fast and helpful. The only negatives would be that the guestroom did list two twin beds and a double but in reality, it is one double bed with a twin trundle underneath. Also,we just assumed, (our own fault, ) that the grill would be propane yet it is charcoal. So we did not end up using it. A suggestion would be to list that it is a charcoal grill. Overall, it was a perfect location, extremely clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Xmas beach vacation

Great property with amazing beach and ocean views. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the location was ideal being on the beach and directly across from John’s Pass Village. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful place

We truly enjoyed our stay. So close to many shops and walking distance to John’s pass. The access to the beach was easy. The condo was spacious and we loved the balcony view. Beautiful condo and great location.

The condo was very clean and equiped with extra chairs for beach and an umbrella. Location was just across the street from johns pass and could sit on our balcony and hear the afternoon and nightly live entertainment. Short distance to shopping and water sports. Loved walling the beach early morning and several times saw a group of dolfins. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Our stay was great. It was across the street from a bar with music that we all enjoyed each evening from our balcony. The view was perfect for one of my favorite things to do WATCH the SUNSET I’d stay again only thing I’d recommend is a larger bed in the spare room. Thank you

There was a bar across the street that played live music outside from about 11am to 10pm. Singers were all really good and it wasn't annoyingly loud on the condo patio(quite pleasant actually). The rooms were nice and there were 2 beds (trundle) in the second bedroom. We also used the pullout couch bed. Kitchen had most things you need and having laundry in the condo was convenient. The location was excellent with everything you need within walking distance except groceries. Shops, restaurants and activities abounded. If you dont lime this area, you are boring. Boring or not, you can walk to the beach. Sunsets would be amazing from the patio or beach but we had clouds at every sunset. We would highly recommend this location.

Excellent Location

This condo and location did not disappoint! Contactless check-in was simple and convenient. The unit was clean and well-appointed. We loved the convenience of John’s Pass Village across the street, as well as the beach access directly in front of the building. We also loved the beautiful view from our balcony! We would absolutely return!

Location and dolphins!

We came down for a vaca/work trip to get out of town. The condo was clean and the view from the porch was an amazing way to start the morning. We had so much fun walking across the street to John’s pass for shopping, drinks, and food! Live music played from there all day starting at 1230.
