Direct View of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal 3 Balconies End Unit

This Indian Shores condo in The Beach Cottage Resort has beautiful Gulf of Mexico views AND intercoastal views! A true 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom unit with 3 balconies all with water views. Updated condo with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, fireplace, pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Driving distance to several great local restaurants and shops.

Kitchen: Fully equipped and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with in-the-door water and ice, dishwasher, microwave, blender, electric mixer, both a drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, and breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Dining Area: There's a nice water view from the large window in the dining area with a 6-top dining table.

Living Room: Plasma TV, DVD, stereo system, fireplace, sleeper sofa, and a balcony that has beach and Gulf of Mexico views.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King sized bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, ceiling fan, flat screen TV/DVD, plenty of closet space, an en-suite bathroom, intercoastal water views from the double window, AND your own private balcony that directly faces the intercoastal.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The master bath has double vanity sinks with granite countertops and a large walk-in tiled shower. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Has 2 Queen sized beds, ceiling fan, Flat screen TV/DVD, and water views through the large window.

Bathroom #2: Granite countertop vanity and shower/tub combo

Laundry: Full-size stackable washer and dryer located in the hallway.

Outdoors: The property has a large heated pool, sun loungers, a hot tub, and multiple gas grills. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available on the property for guests to enjoy. Assigned covered parking, outside visitors parking, and luggage carts for use. This property sits right on the sand so you just walk past the pool to get to the wonderful beach!

*This building has an elevator. The unit is located in building II and is on the 5th floor.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is located limited and on a first come first serve.

Just to the South of the resort and over the bridge at Park Blvd, there's a CVS, Winn Dixie, multiple restaurants, and about a 10-minute drive up Park will take you to a large shopping district with more restaurants, Publix, shops, gym, and a movie theater.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, Busch Gardens, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

Comfortable property with nice views.

Spent 2 weeks here with 4 adults part of the time. Comfortable accommodations. Nice fine white sand beach. Weather was variable in early Feb. but the St. Petersburg area has attractions other than the beach. We enjoyed the time there.

Our stay in Indian Shores

Place was well furnished and comfortable. However, the floor was very dirty & needs a good scrubbing. Also, book with info needs to be updated. Conflicted with instructions on fridge. Not sure which to follow so did the best we could. Codes were a pain since we weren’t used to dealing with them in the past, but we understood why they are necessary. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Long weekend family trip

Our stay was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed including some beach chairs and an umbrella. It was very clean upon arrival and had comfortable beds. We definitely plan to stay again.

Beach was amazing however we will find another condo for our next stay

this was a difficult property to find in regards to which unit and which parking garage. the unit had some prior damage from another guest and had some mold issues in the bathrooms. the elevator was out during part of our stay and we were locked out of the stairwell until another guest came down the stairs(unclear that we would need keys in addition to the codes) the hot and cold water faucets were in reverse in the guest bathroom the hot tub was out of order the overall cleanliness and ventilation of the main entrance and elevator were lacking.

Property was exactly as advertised. Check-in process was simple, the property was clean and extremely convenient for beach and travel around the area. The views from the balcony were just as described in the profile. The beach chairs and umbrellas could use a little upgrading, but they were sufficient. Thanks for hosting!

The MOST HONEST REVIEW YOU'LL EVER READ

Okay so this is going to be the most honest review. The condo isn’t the most clean. The rugs were dirty (all of them)! The air returns could use more cleaning, the grout in the bathrooms were black and needs to be replaced. The furnishings in the living room and dining room needs to be replaced. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen utensils need to be replaced! I made my kids wear socks the whole time. Not to let their feet walk on the dirty floors. The balcony door doesn’t lock (dangerous). The rims of the toilets were filthy and black. Apparently the cleaners forgot to clean them. The bath tub in the guest bedroom was meh, the master bathroom shower was meh as well. The shower piece kept falling off. Ick! When we traveling we expect the place to look like the pictures. Nope! If you want a nice clean place to stay, this isn’t it. You need to keep looking. If you’re just needing a place to stay for a few days, then it won’t matter. The owners need to realize when renting condos, there’s normal wear and tear and then there’s a need to replace the old and worn out. This is one of those times. Stop renting to people if you can’t afford to keep the place in good working, and clean conditions for renters. It’s nasty and it gives greedy vibes.

Beautiful location!

Great spot in Indian Shores - already miss enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean. Condo is spacious, beds comfortable, views all around. Pool area was perfect plenty of room. Nice to have grills to cook breakfast or dinner while looking at the beach. Will definitely return!

Clearwater visit

Very nice condo. Very clean and easy to get to snd close to stores and restaurants. Condo was missing beach chairs and an umbrella. Lots of beach gear in closet but most broken. Beach cabanas were available on beach however for $35 per day. Nice pool and hot tub. Overall a very nice place to stay

LOCATION!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo with great views. The beach, pool and hot tub were just steps from the elevator. Many restaurants were within walking distance and had great communication with the Host.

Great visit!

This was our 1st time visiting Indian Shores and it was great! The property was well appointed and had almost everything we needed without ever leaving (aside from buying groceries of course). Beautiful and comfortable furnishing throughout. We can't wait to come back to visit!

Great unit. Well appointed and shows pride of ownership. Very spacious. Three great balconies. Very clean. Great pool and hot tub. Property management is excellent. Very clean and tidy building. Three large televisions in living room and bedrooms. Three Weber BBQs! Easy keyless access. In all, a terrific VRBO!

Top floor, 3 balconies, equipped with the all the necessities. . Looks like the unit is being updated with new TVs. The main room TV did not connect to local cable. Only other issue was ice maker appeared to be frozen. We did not worry about theses minor issues. Overall great property and would stay again.

Great space with fantastic views

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Beach Cottage. This unit was spacious and well-equipped. It looked exactly as pictured and was larger than we expected. The entire vibe was upscale beach. The three balconies provided beautiful views of both the Intercoastal and the Gulf. There was plenty of space in the living room/ dining room area to have family over and the furniture was comfortable for everyone. The pack and play in the second bedroom came in handy for naps for my nephew. Access to the beach was super convenient and the beach was gorgeous. On the downside, Verizon cell reception was very poor inside the condo. We plugged in the Internet phones that were provided (thank you so much!) and shared that number with family so they could reach us. Make sure to plug those phones in when you arrive so they have time to charge before you try to use them. Also, It appeared the only way to access the pool is up a steep concrete staircase from the parking garage. It seemed like it would be slippery when wet and I would not recommend the stairs for anyone who has difficulty walking or keeping their balance. Please be aware if you plan to use a pool. The location was close to Park Blvd, which made it easy to get across the Intercoastal. The management team was super helpful and responsive to questions. We had zero issues with the visit. Even with unseasonably cold, rainy, and windy weather, we had a wonderful time and will return.

Beautiful location and condo!

We only got to stay a few nights after a Universal Studios trip. I wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was very nice with a big master bedroom /bath. They included little things that are much appreciated like towels, goggles and sand toys for the kids, extra blankets and pillows and paper towels. The beach was exactly like the picture. We had a great couple of days enjoying the gulf!
