Beautiful condo across the street from the beach. Pet/kids friendly

Beautiful, secluded, and pet friendly ground floor condo with no stairs to climb. There is another condo above it, both recently completely remodeled with a full kitchen and granite countertops. Being that you're on the bottom, you may hear some noise as people walk around, so it is reflected and discounted in the price. Iconic restaurants and lounges, great coffee/bakery shop just across the street, including the famous Mahuffers bar literally a few steps away. Mini golf with live alligators is just a block and a half down the road. You can catch a trolley right up front, and visit Clearwater Beach to the north, St. Pete beach to the south, and many other beaches in between. Also, John's Pass is to the south with lots of stores and restaurants, and other attractions. There is a secluded patio in the back with a new gas grill, tables and chairs for your use. The beach wagon with folding chairs, umbrella, and kids toys are under the staircase, and are there for your use as well. We welcome you with a complementary bottle of wine located in the wine rack. We have coconut trees, palm trees, the beach is across the street just 600 feet away, and plenty of Florida sunshine.

Perfect Getaway

There was a leak from the upstairs unit before we arrived. Greg was on top of it and repaired the damage the best he could before we got there. When we arrived he let us know what was going on and apologized and even gave us a gift card for a local restaurant. Overall there were no issues and the location was perfect. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, a coffee shop, and a bar if that’s what you’re into. There is a bar right across the street but you couldn’t hear any noise inside the unit. It was nice to sit on the porch and listen to the music. We would definitely stay again.

The location was very convenient to everything. Uber/Lyft was very easy to get. Beaches in the area are beautiful. Host was very responsive and kept the place clean.

Nice rental in Indian Shores

We enjoyed our stay in the lower rental unit. It was very clean and had everything we needed. No one was staying in the upper unit, so it was relatively quiet. Mahuffers a local bar was right across the street, with live music, but it didn't cause any noise problems for us. We went there once, but there was no real food options, music was great though. The beach is 15 min. walk. We relaxed on the back patio in the evenings.

Indian Shores vacation!

My wife and I had a great stay. The rental place is centrally located and it was an easy walk to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Decent vacation rental near the beach

It is a 1 bedroom place with 2 beds - 1 full bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is another rental on the second floor, but luckily nobody stayed there and it was really quiet. Of course, we could hear loud music from across the street from time to time, but it was OK. One thing I need to say - the building numbers were quite confusing. There is another building with the "unit A" sign, and I was trying to get a hold of the manager to clarify, left a voice mail and have not received a response. Also, we couldn't find the bed sheets and had to run to the local store to get a set. No dishwasher, which was not a big deal for us, but I guess I just missed that information when did my research. Overall, we liked the place, very reasonable price, and has nice access to the beach - 3 min walk, as described.

Perfect

My daughter (19) and I took a short beach getaway and this place was perfect for the two of us! Pictures are 100% accurate. Location was just right. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Loved that we had a wagon and beach chairs available since we flew in….that was a huge advantage to us. We couldn’t quite figure out the tent thing but it was not a big deal….we just wore hats! Bungalow was ideal for 2 adults. Indian Shores Coffee was practically right outside our door and they did not disappoint….make sure you hit them up for your morning coffee and grab a delicious muffin/pastry too! Noise never bothered us…we could hear the band/music from the bar across the street but wasn’t so loud that we couldn’t sleep. Would definitely recommend for a couple or maybe a family with small children.

Loved this condo!

We had such a great week in Florida! The condo was just right for us. We’ll definitely consider the same condo for next year! Loved the coffee shop, easy access to the beach, and of course the bar across the street.

Two Week Winter Get-Away

We enjoyed our time in this small apartment. Nicely modernized with a nice patio out back. Walking distance to beach. Wish there had been a dresser -even in living room -for clothes. Also could use some items for cleaning floors during such a long stay. Would recommend this place!

Love this place

This property is 1 block from the beach. We heard a little noise from upstairs apartment but it was not a bother to us. Mauhoffers is right across the street but it was fairly quiet there. Property manager Gregg was great to work with. Washer and dryer were coin operated but they worked great. We would differently stay again.

Indian Shores January 2023 Stay

This is a beautiful unit located close to everything in Indian Shores. Just a short walk to the beach and around the corner from a wonderful coffee shop. Both the Host and Owner work hard to make your stay memorable. The unit is completely updated and super clean. We will definitely stay at this location again!

Nice stay for small family

The location was nice. We walked to Smugglers Cove to play mini golf, LuLu’s for ice cream, the beach, and Candy Kitchen for ice cream. There was a bar nearby that could be loud. It was a little cramped for 4 since we left the bed pulled out. There are only 3 stools in the kitchen so someone had to stand. There were plenty of towels. The laundry was disappointing because it wasn’t in our unit and it was coin operated. The washer didn’t completely drain so the clothes were so wet it took numerous dry cycles to dry. We had to spend $11.50 for 3 loads of laundry. It wasn’t easy getting quarters at gas stations or Publix. Upstairs, the bed creaks. The floor was not clean when we got there. We took off our shoes to unload the car and our feet were black. We ended up wearing shoes all the time. Overall, it was fine for what we needed. We didn’t spend much time there anyway.
