"The place is very nice, however, the staff's attention, attitude, and service are terrible. Plus, from very early on, there's so much noise from the cleaning staff and now also the construction crew that it's impossible to rest if that's your intention. I've had to stay there for work, but it's always the same situation. On my first visits, I thought it was an isolated incident, but I'm realizing it's always the same. You can enjoy the place if you're willing to tolerate those drawbacks."

"Let me tell you guys that this is truly a beautiful place a really Paradise...the staff is so wonderful the food is so wonderful the view is breathtaking...this place is away from all the hustle and bustle....I really wish I would have stayed more days there...I mostly definitely would stay there again...but next time for a week...I loved it....thank you staff for making me feel at home...they even gave me a hug when I was leaving..xoxoxo"
