This phenomenal house boasts 2 primary bedrooms with King Beds and ensuite bathrooms, a separate home office/bedroom, a baby room with crib, a child bed and a twin bed. lots of room to get together. Conveniently situated west of I-95, you’ll have quick access to year-round golfing at the prestigious King and Bear Golf Course. Located just a short drive from the historic charm of downtown St. Augustine, and our beautiful beaches, Villa De La Rone is ideally situated for both relaxation and adventure.

Enjoy the game room with a pool table, bar, smart TV, and card table, plus an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. There's also a dog park, courts (pickleball, basketball, & tennis!), playground, and walking trails—dogs also enjoy a dog park on their vacation.

We’re dog-friendly! Feel free to bring along your furry family members. 2 dogs max per booking. There will be an additional pet fee of $120/dog for the stay. Please be sure to add your pet as a guest when booking and let us know your furry friend is coming!

PARKING:
There is space for up to three cars in the driveway, but street parking is not allowed between midnight and 6 AM due to strict HOA rules, which are actively enforced. If needed, additional parking is available at our clubhouse.

Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, at any given time. We have a very strict HOA and we are unable to accommodate more than 16 guests. Children under 2 do not count towards guest count. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property.


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

**Bedroom 1:** SLEEPS 2
This elegant first-floor suite boasts a luxurious King bed and a private en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a soaking tub, and a stand-in shower. A walk-in closet, wall-mounted TV, and exclusive patio access complete this serene retreat, perfect for two guests.

**Bedroom 2:** Sleeps 3
Designed with little ones in mind, this cozy first-floor room includes a crib, a toddler bed and a Twin bed (for caring adult), and a child’s play area, making it ideal for infants or small children and their caregiver.

**Bedroom 3:** SLEEPS 1
Bonus bedroom on first floor, XL Twin bed in home office.

**Bedroom 4:** SLEEPS 2
Located on the second floor, this refined bedroom offers a plush King bed, a shared full bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the lush yard. Guests can craft cocktails at their personal wet bar and enjoy entertainment on the wall-mounted TV. Suitable for two guests.

**Bedroom 5:** SLEEPS 4
Also on the second floor, this room provides a twin over queen bunk bed, with an additional twin trundle bed, and a shared bathroom, and a wall-mounted TV, offering a cozy space for two guests.

**Bedroom 6:** SLEEPS 6
Situated on the second floor, this fun room ideal for kids includes two twin bunk beds with trundles, a shared bathroom.

**Living Room 1:** Centrally located as you enter the home, this welcoming space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying TV with family or friends.

**Living Room 2:** Adjacent to the kitchen, this open-concept living area is ideal for gathering and watching movies. Large sliding glass doors lead to the patio, where you'll find an outdoor kitchen equipped with a BBQ grill, smoker, and ample seating.

KITCHEN
Fully stocked and designed for culinary delights, the kitchen features expansive cabinet space and a central island that’s perfect for entertaining. We have a Keurig coffee maker with a pot and single cup brew. We have everything you need for meals at home.

AMENITIES
**Game Room:** The ultimate fun zone, the game room offers a pool table, a bar, and a movie-watching area. Challenge friends to a game of corn hole or simply relax and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

**Golf Cart:** A 6-seater golf cart is available to rent for $75/day for your enjoyment, making it easy to explore the surroundings. YOU MUST BE 16 YEARS OLD TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART.

We provide a starter kit of toiletries, paper towels, and other essential items for your convenience. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to replenish these supplies.
