"Habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones y al llegar solo les quedaban dos, me pareció un gesto muy feo y tuvimos que repartirnos entre las otras dos. Al día siguiente el manager fue amable y nos dio 3 suites y unas bebidas de cortesía por las molestias y no nos cobraron la habitación que compartimos. "A very enjoyable one night stay. We had booked a junior suite but asked to swap rooms to a different type, with a golf view. The receptionist was happy to oblige and all was sorted swiftly. We were so pleased with our decision as the view down the eighteenth hole and across the surrounding countryside was fabulous. The delicious and plentiful breakfast was freshly prepared and made to order."

"My husband and I came here for an overnight stay to celebrate my birthday. We were greeted by Fiona the receptionist who was so welcoming and very friendly. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble in asking for anything. We loved our room which was spacious, clean and very cozy! We both had a good nights sleep too. "I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back."

"The room is immaculate, there are nice touches like ground coffee and a french press, first time I have had this even in £500+ a night rooms. There is plenty of free parking on the street outside. The only thing to be mindful of is that there is a big step both into the room and the bathroom for those with reduced mobility like myself - this is in addition to the 6 steps i was aware of. There is no aircon or fan so we opened the bedroom and bathroom windows and it was fine. Old school air...
