"The hotel is excellent. The gym is a bit small but gets the job done. The amenities are amazing: wine social hour, free breakfast, and an additional food credit. Plus, the two restaurants are really good and the property is across the street from the train station. Perfect."

"The furniture was dirty scraped Ragley needed to be replaced door torn up bathtub dirty didn’t come clean the room. Breakfast was just a joke. They had a buffet. "No greeting at check in. This hotel advertises free breakfast but do not offer breakfast. No manager on duty. Early check in $30. No wifi /USB port in the room. Poor customer service. Avoid if possible."
