"Great few days"

"The flat was clean. The bed and lounge suites were comfortable. We had a problem with the tv remote which was resolved quickly. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Finding our flat was a bit of a puzzle until we found our way around. We needed to use a lift and there is a secondary car park area with another lift which confused us. Check in was quick. Didn't have much to do with reception after we booked in. There is a cafe near reception which was quite full on the morning we left. We had a...

"The accommodation was satisfactory and included nice touches like milk in the fridge and T2 tea. Unfortunately, the pillows were poor quality, the aircon remote didn't work, and the bed was lumpy. Not to my expectation of a luxury resort."

"What's there not to love about Broadwater Resort!! Great location with cosy reception. Kind and courteous staff. The units are well set out among leafy trees, with easy walking pathways. I was especially impressed with the Tonic restaurant, cafe and bar. They have a delicious menu with plenty of comfortable seating. And what better way to enjoy fitness, alternating from the outdoor cold pool into the heated pool. Followed by a nice stroll along the beach. I look forward to my next visit here."

"We checked in after hours, but the check-in system was very well organized, and everything went smoothly. The food at the on-site restaurant, Common, was also delicious, and we really enjoyed it with some local beer. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Some basic English communication skills are needed, but I think Japanese travelers can feel comfortable and safe staying here."
