Close to Bass River and Follins Pond With Water Access (2232)

Uniquely located between Bass River and a working cranberry bog, this home encompasses some of the best of what Cape Cod has to offer. BBQ on the deck overlooking both the bog and Bass River. Enjoy the simplicity of the lovely Cape décor within this home. The main floor holds the primary bedroom with queen bed and 32"TV. Just across the hall is a full bathroom with walk in shower. The recently updated kitchen will not disappoint the chef in your family. With the family room (with 55" TV) and dining space adjacent to the spacious kitchen and the double doors leading to the deck just off the dining space, everyone will be included in together time! There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor. One has a queen bed and the other has both a queen and a twin trundle bed and 32" TV. There is an additional bathroom with a tub on the second floor. Immerse yourself in Mother Nature's beauty with a stroll around the quiet neighborhood loaded with unique finds such as sandy landings prefect for a dip in Bass River or Great Blue Herron skimming the waters or even deer grazing the edges of the bogs. Wilbur Park has a boat ramp and is just up the street! There is driveway parking suitable for a boat and trailer as well as 2 additional cars. There are window AC's in each bedroom and one in the family room. There are two adult bikes available for use. BOOK NOW!! An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Cozy and comfortable home

Great first stay in Cape Cod!

This was our first trip to the Cape and we had a great time! The house is absolutely adorable - very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We loved using the bikes! The "welcome bag" the owners left was a very nice touch. Cooking and doing laundry is a lot more enjoyable when you're in someone else's house. : ) Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The house was convenient to go to various beaches and stores. We loved the kitchen and cozy & clean rooms. Welcome kit was very thoughtful too. Check in process could be a bit more easier if we didn’t have to drive to the managing office.

Cozy home on quiet street

Enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and the location. Beaches and shopping are just a short 10-15 minutes away. The kitchen was well stocked and the home is very tastefully decorated. Enjoyed using the bicycles every day. Also enjoyed the tv's in each bedroom!

Having to drive to real estate office to get a code for the door was a nonsense. All the paperwork could have been emailed to me beforehand. The book in the home had different info then what was given to us, mostly about trash and cleaning. The area was convenient to beaches but you had to drive there, nothing in walking distance.

Beautiful Vacation Home in Yarmouth

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths was great with adults and kids. Several beaches in Dennis are within 5. It was recently updated and decorated beautifully. So clean (and I’m fussy!) overall a fantastic home.

Great rental!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is SUPER cute and very clean. It was only a few minutes to beaches in each direction. I took advantage of the rail trail which was only 3/4 a mile from the house. We LOVED the cape! We will definitely be back to visit. Highly recommend this property
