The kitchen is an absolute delight: the perfect workspace to whip up a home-cooked meal. Beautiful granite countertops & pristine stainless steel appliances, including french door fridge, double built-in ovens, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, & garbage disposal. Minor appliances: drip coffee, toaster, blender, & more. Seating for 4 at the kitchen island! Dining table seats 8.

When you're ready for a good night's rest, you can relax in 1 of the 4 comfy bedrooms. Upstairs: primary suite, w/king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom - walk-in shower, jetted tub, double vanity. Downstairs: 2nd bedroom w/2 sets of twin over full bunks, a 65” HDTV, ensuite bathroom ft. shower/tub combo. Also upstairs, you have the 3rd bedroom, ft, king bed, as well as the den: 4th bedroom & workspace, ft. twin trundle, 55” HDTV, & desk w/monitor. The upstairs bathroom ft. full bath w/shower/tub combo.
Pets: 1 dog under 35lbs allowed w/pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring crate if you plan to leave dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking/behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, droppings, & damage caused by dog(s).

Condo is very well maintained & has a very large open floorplan w/a cozy fireplace & a cabinet full of board games! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen for making meals and the laundry room even had washer pods. We were on the top floor & we could hear the neighbors below us partying til past midnight, but it was a Friday so it we let it go...except we had to be up for early board lessons. Overall this place is a close walk to the heart of town and in a secure gated community. We would definitely recommend it & stay again!

This was a great summer rental. Our children did not want to leave. Owners made sure to include extras like quality furniture, bedding, TV's with cable, etc. 3 bedrooms on main floor and large bunk room on lower level for older kids/adults. Main suite and bunk room are en suite, always a plus. Lots of space for our family of 7 adults and 1 infant. Appliances were modern, clean and included double oven and gas range. Full size fridge with ice maker as well. Kitchen is fully stocked. All the place mats, cookware, serving and food storage dishes you should need in coordinating colors and good condition. Appreciate use of garage and electronic lock rather than a key for door. Was 10 minutes walk to shops and casinos and also 10 minutes walk opposite direction to the beach. Property management company was one of the best we have worked with. Would definitely consider this rental again for a future visit.

We had a fun-filled stay in South Lake Tahoe while staying at this great property. It is very centally located and we were able to walk many places in town, which was lovely. The weather was great (minus the high pollen!). The house was very suitable and comfortable for our family/friends of 10. Would have been nice to have a larger sitting area, as not all 10 of us could sit in the living /TV room together when we wanted to relax. The house and town are very dog friendly, which was a wet as we brought our small hypoallergenic dog. We all enjoyed the outdoors and had daily adventures which made for a great Summer vacation.

This was my first vacation in over 11 years. I really needed it. My husband and I took care of aging family members, it was our turn to unwind. We did include my son and his family with us. From the moment we drove up to the last day... it was just fabulous. The grandkids had so much fun, the games the homeowner had in the cupboard were great and we had fun watching them play on the game console (Pac-Man, donkey Kong etc). The amenities were just perfect. From the kitchen set up, to TV's in every room, to bathroom supplies and most of all the Dog crate and basket of dog bowls and mat... we had a home away from home. ( We brought our dog up the last moment) The one warning I have for those coming there... there are 3 fights of stairs to consider. I had injured my foot the week before I left, and this was a little challenging. Not to mention carrying everything up and back down those same stairs. The location is perfect for South Lake Tahoe. Close to the State Line, shopping, Heavenly Valley Tram, hiking, biking and looking at the Lake. They do charge at the closest beach per person even to walk on the sand. There are beaches up the way that only charge for parking (better for us). What more can I say about my week experience at this wonderful place, I had a simply marvelous time. I look forward to my next trip to Lake Tahoe. Thank you to the owner.
