Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, bunk room , 2-bathroom cabin, with game loft, nestled in the breathtaking beauty of South Lake Tahoe! Perfect for a family getaway, a vacation with two families or a friends' retreat, this cozy cabin offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a touch of rustic charm. This spacious bungalow is located just a block from public lake beaches and the Marina. It is 1 mile from Heavenly Village and bustling Stateline, NV, as well as strolling distance to local eateries, watering holes and trailheads.

The Space:

Step inside and feel the cozy embrace of the cabin's open living area. It features a massive couch that will swallow you up creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the outdoors! There is a full-size trundle that pulls out for a cuddle in the living room. Large windows bring in ample natural light and showcase the falling snow. A Smart TV rests on the wall to lounge and catch a movie.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Share delicious meals with your loved ones at the dining table. Enjoy a bottle of wine or hot chocolate as you relax after a day of exploration. There is a BBQ outside for your backyard dinners.

Greeted with warmth, you can drop your gear and your baggage as you enter the mudroom. A washer and dryer are in the mudroom to conveniently shed your wet or dirty clothes. There is ample space to stack your shoes and hang your coats. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided for your convenience.

Plus, we have a Ring security camera over the garage to keep an eye on your vehicles while you are relaxing at the house or out exploring all that South Lake has to offer.

The cabin comfortably sleeps 11 although there is a full-sized trundle in the living room and futon upstairs as well. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated to provide a cozy and restful retreat. The beds boast a sea of pillows and snuggly blankets. Black out curtains are in every room in case you want to sleep in.

Fresh towels, shampoo and conditioner and other essentials are provider for your convenience.

Game Room Loft:

Upstairs in the loft, endearingly called “CAMP,” you’ll discover a delightful game room, perfect for some friendly competition or a quiet space to read a book. Enjoy foosball, a retro game console, a Nintendo system, multiple board games and puzzles and reading corner full of books that are gentle reads for a week away. Both kids and adults will be occupied for hours during a snowy day.

There is also a futon in case someone wants to fall asleep while watching the Smart TV.

Outdoor Amenities:

Enjoy a BBQ or take in the crisp mountain air in the hot tub. Indulge in dinner outside under the brilliant Tahoe sky. And the grass is growing back from the winter! We have a perfect yard for a game of corn hole.

Our cabin is conveniently located near the best of South Lake Tahoe. Hit the slopes at nearby ski resorts, explore hiking trails, or take a short walk to the sparkling shores of Lake Tahoe. Restaurants, shops, and entertainment options are just a stone's throw away. Winters can be unpredictable in South Lake Tahoe. We are located off a side-street from Lake Tahoe Blvd, which is constantly maintained, and have a contract to keep the road and 4 car driveway plowed and shoveled for your convenience. There is a camera over the driveway for peace of mind. We have weekly landscapers to keep the area manicured and clean.
