Within a 5-minute drive from RESIDENCIAL CASA LINDA, you will find the main supermarkets, PLAYERO and SUPER POLA. Additionally, you will find the Carol pharmacy within the SUPER POLA supermarket. As well as nighttime activities in Sosua and Cabarete.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE VILLA:
The maximum occupancy allowed in each villa room is two people. Visitors are allowed as long as they respect the rules and present their physical identification documents.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
The check-in process is scheduled for 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that you inform us of your estimated arrival time at the reception at least 30 minutes in advance so that we can be prepared and deliver the villa without delays.
Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. We appreciate it if you notify us at least one hour before your departure so that we can inspect the villa before your departure.
SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. We ask that if you wish to smoke, you do so outside the property.
MUSIC AND NOISE:
Music is allowed at a moderate level as long as it does not exceed normal decibel levels and does not disturb the neighbors. Our security team will notify you if the music is excessively loud. If this happens three times without proper correction, we will be forced to cut off the electricity supply.
CLEANING SERVICE:
We provide villa cleaning services on an as-needed basis, with intermittent cleaning.
LAUNDRY:
Adjacent to the reception, we offer laundry services. If you need your clothing washed, please kindly notify us, and our staff will collect your clothes immediately. The associated costs will vary based on the quantity and type of clothing you want to wash.
KITCHEN AND BARBECUE:
We kindly request that when using the kitchen and barbecue facilities, you ensure to leave the spaces in a clean and tidy condition. We also urge you to dispose of trash in the bins located near the parking area. If you prefer not to take care of the cleaning of these spaces, you can leave a $60 tip, and our cleaning staff will take care of this task.
POOL:
Our pool has a filtration system scheduled to operate at specific pre-established times. We ask that you adhere to this schedule and wait for the pool pump to operate during its designated time.
PARKING:
We offer free parking on the villa premises. If you need to park more than one vehicle, we suggest doing so in the parking area near the reception.
