This is a 100m² spacey apartment which offers a comfortable stay:
- 1st bedroom (20 m2) with Euro-King size bed 160/200 and comfortable folding sofa bed for 1 person with mattress and additional top mattress - 90/198 bed size, with TV and air conditioning.
- 2nd bedroom (18 m2) with Euro-King size bed 160/200 and comfortable folding sofa bed for 1 person with mattress and additional top mattress - 90/198 bed size, with air conditioning
- Living area (with comfortable folding sofa bed for 2 persons with mattress - 140/198 bed size), with TV and air conditioning. This area can be separated by a solid folding portal door from the dining area, kitchen and the other bedrooms, cable TV - 35m², with air conditioning, dining area, brand new full equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with frozing camera, dishwasher, dryer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen cutlery. Coffee, tea, cream and spices are provided for your stay.

You will be able to check-in anytime after 15:00 pm, with a provided lockbox near the front door.

- After reservation and before check-in, guests must send information from their ID cards or passports to be registered in the Unified Tourist Information System - ESTI according Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism! Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded.
- Parking around the area is paid - 2 BGN per hour and it's allowed to park for 2 hours per day only. You can buy tickets to display them on the car or you can use the URBO app to pay.
- Secured private paid parking in 150 meters on 6th September Str. - 12 euro/24 h.
- SECURITY CAMERA - outside of the apartment and one in the inner yard.
- A late check-out is possible in case there are no upcoming guests on the same day and the tax for this is-10 EUR per hour.
- An early check-in if possible. The tax for this is-10 EUR per hour.
