"Excellent communication from host, new property with all the amenities you could possibly want, and farm setting with great views of surrounding area. The stars at night are spectacular. No city lights to obscure view of the stars here. Cows, horses, and other animals nearby make you feel like your on your own farm. Property is close to lakes, rivers, and the foothills of Appalachia. Large cities of Chattanooga and Knoxville are an easy drive away. "

The host lives above the property which usually isn't a issue, but the hoat at all hours of the night you can hear them watching tv and talking and walking back and forth. The first thing we did was clean the refrigerator. There were spider webs in the downstairs bedroom that had to be removed.
