"The lock to my apartment was temperamental so it was perfectly possible for someone to enter without a keycard. I reported this Tuesday morning, was promised it would be fixed that day and had to leave my belongings accessible. It did not get fixed until Weds evening. When I explained I was not comfortable sleeping in an apartment accessible to anyone I was told they could not move me as it was full and that the inside lock would work fine (not that I could test that). "This stay was a surprise to us. We had low expectations when we booked. We were looking for accommodation for 3 adults and 2 kids. The rooms were awesome! Kitchenette, huge balcony connected to all rooms and the view was amazing! I only hold back one star because the buffet food could have been better. The hotel had charging stations for cars and smart lighting which I really appreciated. Will be coming back for sure."

"L’hôtel est vieillissant mérite une vrais rénovation.
Le buffet n’est pas à la hauteur d’un Pestana 4 étoiles beaucoup trop de produits individuels cuisinés sans grande conviction. La qualité de certains produits est à revoir comme la charcuterie et surtout les légumes bonne diversité de fruits et yaourts à individualiser car tout le monde se servait dans le même plat !
Revoir svp matelas du lit d’appoint ( ressorts sont ressenti)"

"We only got to stay for one evening as we were leaving Lisbon. Absolutely quaint, and more than accommodating! We loved it so much. We have now chosen to come back for our last night for our next trip! See you next year!"
