Great location in Siesta Village! Dedicated parking area, very clean and lots of linens (plenty of bath towels, beach towels, etc.). The pool was sparkly clean the whole week! Morning sun, and afternoon shade made it a perfect spot to relax when we weren't at the beach. Property manager was very responsive and went above and beyond. Beach and kitchen necessities were all included, and they have a great washer and dryer. A great spot!

Perfect Location and Accommodations

Fantastic location close to the beach and walking distance to all the Village has to offer for restaurants and bars. The layout of the property easily accommodates 6 people (we had 4 adults). Having 2 full bathrooms is always a bonus. The shared pool area is awesome with enough chairs and areas to hang out in the sun or the shade. Providing a wagon, beach chairs, towels The property managers were attentive and always helpful. We would definitely book this place again.

Wonderful stay

The property was well kept, appeared to have been updated recently with new appliances. The location in the village and proximity to restaurants, shopes was perfect. Within walking distance to the beach. Management company was very responsive.

Perfect location!

The property is in prime location and so close to everything in the Village. The only complaints we had were that we weren’t able to use the TV’s during our stay because it required a login to the streaming services or platforms on the Roku TV. We had maintenance try to help and it was unsuccessful. Also, the trash can in the kitchen was the size of a bathroom trash can and too small for a family to use for a week. We made it work. The exhaust fan didn’t work in the master bathroom. I would also suggest having an iron board put in the utility room for anyone that may need to use the iron and not iron on a towel. I did like that they supplied quite a few beach towels, 2 beach chairs, wagon and cooler. That helped make it easier to transport your items to the beach

Location was great. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped and good beds. Furniture in living room was wicker. Very dated,dirty cushions and not comfortable to sit in at all. Bathrooms sinks had bad water pressure but the showers worked good. The dryer didn’t work so unable to do laundry.

Great place and location

Loved the place once we got acclimated to everything. We were confused with the faucets in the showers- have to pull them out and turn!! The place was really clean, beds super comfy, tons of space. Would suggest getting a keurig or provide coffee filters for the existing coffee maker. Perfect location for walking everywhere for shopping, eating, and the beach and the grocery store is right across the street. First time in siesta key and will definitely come back and definitely would stay at this place again. The pool is great and appreciated that beach gear was provided.

Great Location

Overall the property was nice. Excellent location! Walking distance to beach and village. First place I have stayed that provided a small supply of starter items…very nice. The kitchen was over stocked with anything you need cooking. Downfalls….the mattress in the guest room was very soft and uncomfortable for our liking. Second, you can hear everything from your neighbors above you. Walking, talking, music, toilet flushing. It was very loud and distracting at times. Also, our patio is right next to the pool and our neighbors sat their chairs right next to it and played loud music starting at 9:00AM. If you like your privacy or peace and quiet this may not be the place for you.

Great property and relaxing last minute getaway for Thanksgiving week. Condo had everything we needed. Only issue was that the TV in main bedroom did not work and was not up on a table high enough to see once you laid down in bed. Everything else was great and would come back again.

Great Vacation

Very nice rental. Great location. Just blocks from restaurants, bars, grocery stores and of course the beach. The pool was well maintained and we used it often. We really liked this rental.
