"Staff were great and attentive. Particularly those serving at breakfast. Room was super cosy and cute. Only issue was that the smell of drainage hit us as soon as we opened our hotel room door - we were room 3. Fantastic stay otherwise and would definitely recommend. "

Clean, welcoming staff, and historic country charm. Will choose Swan Inn again on our next visit. "

"Everything about the accomodation was perfect. A winter stay was met with a log fire in the lounge. The breakfast was a la carte and gorgeous. Nothing was too much for the staff."

"We stayed in the family studio at The Crown Inn for a wedding at Lapstone Barn which was just 10 minutes away. The room was perfect for us, with a double and 2 single beds. The room has its own entrance away from the main building and we found it quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great and service from all members of staff friendly and welcoming."

The service team followed through with our request for one room on the ground level to accommodate my mother who has difficulty walking up stairs AND placed a roll away bed in the second room. "It was a gorgeous little place. Lovely to be right in the centre of Cirencester and not have to drive anywhere. The beds were comfy and the bedding and pillows were so soft. Our breakfast the next morning was gorgeous with fresh croissants served to us, options for fruit yoghurt and cereals and a cooked breakfast to order which was delicious. We even had our own little dining room to ourselves. I would definitely go back it was a lovely stay! "
