We had an issue with the bathroom fan which was resolved promptly by a young man who took time to share local restaurant recommendations. Communal kitchen facilities were handy. 10 minute walk to main street with lots of restaurants and Tesco express. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"Charming hotel in the center of Cirencester with friendly staff. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. Note that there is no A/C but there was a fan in my room that kept things pleasantly cool. There is no lift so rooms may not be accessible for everyone (but they can help you carry your suitcases to the room). "First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities."

"This was my first stay in a hostel; I think I may be spoiled. Cirencester itself is a nice place although we only really saw it at night. The hostel is neat, modern and clean. Parking is free from 6pm to 8am."
