Campings de caravanas en Shanklin

"Very spacious and clean single room. Equipped with fridge and a fan which were both very welcome on the extremely warm conditions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing full refurbishment by dedicated owners. Extremely good value for money also."

"The room we stayed in was clean, modern and well equipped. Upon arrival there was milk and water in the fridge plus cake. Tea, coffee water and biscuits were replenished every day. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu which was delicious. Although there are three rooms in the property, there is only off road parking available for two cars and one car blocks the other in. However, there are usually spaces on the road as well and it would not put us off staying at No.29 again. A lovely...

"It was clean and fully equipped for family self-service stay. Thank you. It would be nice to have an ensuite master bedroom (perhaps not applicable to this property now, but I will look out for one next time). Also, we would have preferred a lock on the master bedroom door. Otherwise, spot on!"

"Perfect location in Shanklin, wonderful views. It’s just a short walk to the old village and Shanklin Chine. The hotel is a little tired in places but overall it was very good. It’s great that you can use the facilities in the sister hotel next door so there’s plenty to enjoy."

"Location was perfect. 5 minute walk to beach and old Shanklin. lovely and a very good sized house. Service from the Island company was great when we advised the rug smelt of dog likely from previous guest. Came and collected rug. Maybe just make it clearer there is a tight turning to access rear of property for parking. We had no issues but less confident driver may struggle but doesn’t detract from lovely stay in the property and week on the island."

"Excellent accommodation furnished to a high standard and in a quiet location but within easy reach of both town and beach."

"Everything, location, size of apartment"

"The old vicarage was extremely spacious with lovely gardens - perfect for two families to spend time together. We especially enjoyed the lovely sea views from the veranda - a great place to relax with a glass of wine while the children played football or bounced on the trampoline. The apartment was also perfectly located - a short walk from the beach/minigolf and a range of good restaurants, and easy access to the various sights of the Isle of Wight. We visited a different place each day, with...

"We have spent 3 holidays at No. 6 Shanklin Manor and we have always found that the apartment is spotlessly appointed - clean, and with everything you could possibly need for a break away from home. (The housekeeping/cleaning staff are superb) Everything is of the highest quality which makes for a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. Situated within walking distance of the village, beach, Chine and Rylstone Gardens it is convenient but also peaceful. Truly our happily place that we will continue to...

"The cottage was equipped with everything we needed… and more!Comfortable furniture and comfortable beds. The location is great - within easy walking distance of many amenities and yet in a lovely quiet setting… even the ringing of the nearby church bellls was lovely to listen to.We loved the relaxng enclosed garden.Correspondence with the host was easy and prompt. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the ‘booking in’ process… although having done that for the first time, I’m sure it will be...
