Glory Art Glass

Room was extremely disappointing. First signage to the room was inadequate and had to call reception twice for directions, the mattress was old and not to the standard you expect these days. The room itself was tired and not particularly clean. It was far too hot to sleep, not enough ventilation. The price to be fair to reflect this, The hotel itself was short on choice on the menu, nothing too inspiring. What they did have is superb staff. Friendly, helpful and attentive - just let down by the facilities and amenities.
