Leonardo Hotel Southampton
"No where to park nearby started our trip badly. The reception was crowded and took ages to check in. Room OK. Bar service was terrible. I was charged £22 for premium gin as they had run out of house gin but failed to tell me before they pored my drink."

Novotel Southampton
"The room was hot with only one fan. The windows only opened about two inches so if there was a wind we could not feel it. I absolutely hated the toilet area in its own room, very very small. Being a bigger person it was very difficult for me to clean myself. The toilet paper kept falling to the floor ..."
