sleeper, a recliner, and a rocking chair for ample seating. Equipped with a TV
and a ceiling fan, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of
adventure.

This fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, microwave, and electric
stove. The dining area comfortably seats 6, providing a welcoming space for
enjoying meals and creating lasting memories with loved ones. (Dish towels,
starter dish soap and starter dishwasher pods are provided.)

Situated in a rural area, this cabin offers a gravel driveway with level
parking, accommodating 2 vehicles. It's conveniently located just 10 minutes
from The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and
20 minutes from Gatlinburg. Additionally, a Dollar General store is only 3
minutes away, ensuring that you have easy access to any essentials or supplies
you may need during your stay.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with
adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,
race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-
much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National
Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic
by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger
outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner
time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-
cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to
satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.
Pet Policy:
The pet fee is $100 per dog
There is a 2 dog maximum
We only allow dogs
You will need to bring a crate
Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel
The pet fee is a non-refundable
Please clean up after your pet(s).
Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is
damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be
charged for all repairs or cleaning.
Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or
sleeps- or aN additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time
needed due to dog hair odor left behind.
Special Dates:
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check
in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve,
or New Years Day.
Check-In:
4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your
payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we
will resend it a week before your stay.

Vacay Protection:

Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason
up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay
protection fee).
Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no
worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.
Damage Coverage: covers you up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to
the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional,
will be charged to the credit card on file).
24hr On-Call Maintenance: if you need assistance while at the property, give
us a call & our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
