"Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for...

"The Loft is amazing, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Parking could be a bit easier but we understand it’s the town, not the loft owner’s fault. That being said, only concern is that the coffee maker needs to be cleaned. Other than that, this place and town are amazing. Very difficult to leave, that’s for sure! Thank you for having us!"

"The facility and the location were exactly what I needed: close to the beach, Capitola, and the Boardwalk; a beautiful, quiet room with blackout curtains; a very comfortable bed in a spacious room. All of this for an appropriately reasonable price. I'll definitely go back."
