"We were staying in N. Adams for an event at MassMOCA. This property was in walking distance. The STEEP hill on the way home provided some nice exercise.This property is in a neighborhood that consists almost exclusively of houses that either need a great deal of care or that are currently being renovated. "This was a very clean, very nicely appointed property with thoughtful amenities provided by the owner to make your stay more comfortable. There was detergent and coffee pods available in case we forgot ours, among other similar basic supplies. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating. For example, we needed another kayak for our 3rd person and Harrison was able to have one there for us when we arrived. Highly recommend!"

"When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep."
