"Outstanding property. Well maintained and well equipped. The pool was great. Location only a couple blocks from beach access. The beach wagon in the renters closet made the walk to the beach with our beach gear even easier. Outstanding communication with the owner. This is our third year in a row to vacation in this area - Miramar Beach first time, Destin Crystal Beach last year. Santa Rosa Beach was by far the best location and this was the best property. If we come back to this area again next...

"The house is in a great location and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. The quarters would not be described as spacious, but as advertised and ample beds for our party of 9. Walking distance from a few restaurants and some shops with some news ones that appear to be opening soon (maybe in summer 2023). Short drive to Rosemary, the Hub, or Seaside."

"The views are much better in person. You are actually closer to the beach than the pictures make it seem. Great unit for the price. It would be nice to just walk right out to the beach and not have to walk a bit down to a public beach but that’s standard for the area. It’s only annoying if you are carrying a lot of items. "The condo was nice and the owner was responsive but a few things could have been better. There was no coffee table in the living room which made it uncomfortable for relaxing. The mattress on the king size bed should be replaced. A storm that broke the sun umbrella on the deck the second day of our trip and it wasn't replaced while we were there, making it almost impossible to use that outdoor space during the day. The elevator also out of date for service. There was only one fob for the beach...

"This is my 5th time to Watercolor Inn (started coming in 2017). Love the convenience w the pools (love the new hotel pool). Feel like the restaurants aren't as good as they could be especially compared to restaurants in Rosemary. I do not like the new interior of the rooms, the headboard design is terrible and the worst is the dressers w the non-functional bottom drawer. What is the point of having that? They also took took out starfish decor in the showers, which were really cool. Also...

"We had a wonderful family stay at the WaterSound Inn. We were not sure what to expect but it was exactly what we needed. This place is a small inn with full 2 bedroom suites that are almost more like a condo. (This was ideal for us, as we had a 22 month old and a 6 month old and were able to have them sleeping far enough away from each other and us that we all slept well). "Loved our time in Seaside but the property was dirty. I sent two emails stating the issue and the fact that I did not want to leave a review. Two weeks later and still no contact back from Cottage Rental. Come on guys - you are better organization than that...."
