Half a mile from the ivory sands of Florida's renowned Gulf Coast and within proximity to 2 other public beaches, this getaway is a launchpad for coastal adventures.

Upon entering the delightful 2-story home, the warm and inviting space envelops guests with its harmonious blend of natural hues and pops of baby blue—adding a touch of whimsy to the space. In the bright and airy living area, plush furnishings in front of a 47" TV are aglow with natural light from the large picture windows. A farmhouse-styled dining table, comfortably seating 6, sits next to a wet bar with a small beverage refrigerator. The quaint breakfast bar nearby offers additional seating for 3, perfect for morning coffee. The sleek kitchen ensures a delightful culinary experience, with high-performance Kenmore appliances and pristine white cabinets set against beautiful countertops, creating an atmosphere of cleanliness and sophistication. Pros:The space is overall very cute and tastefully decorated. Most of the house was clean. Location near the pool, gated community-excellent. Neighborhood CLEAN. The welcome starter pack with detergent, dish soap, shampoo, and hand soap-thoughtful touch. 4 bikes available, nice amenity-when the weather cooperates.Cons: Unfortunately, there were some issues that impacted our experience. The front rug and stair carpet appeared to have multiple stains, from a pet with a smell of urine. They kindly offered to send someone to clean. We stayed home during the window, but no one ever showed up. We texted to cancel the cleaning we didn’t want to rearrange our plans around an uncertain schedule. I did follow up suggesting an early morning slot could work better but never received a reply. The TVs were another letdown. The one in the master bedroom never worked, no channels or streaming options despite trying both remotes. The cable system was not working, telling us to reboot. TV’s seemed quite outdated which made the rainy days feel even longer. Only one beach chair, no leftover pantry basics like spices. A small thing but something we’ve come to expect and appreciate. The dryer was problematic as well—it took an extremely long time to dry clothes unless set to “air dry,” which makes us think there might be a clog in the vent or hose. Lastly, while not expected, offering a golf cart or a discount might make the rental more attractive,.

Great place

Super easy check in, clean and perfect space for 6 adults. Steps from one of 3 pools. 15 min walk/3 min drive to beach access. Bikes were great to get around without having to drive.

A Swell Life Beach House

The property is nice and we would recommend it. The living, dining, and kitchen area can feel cramped with 4+ people, and neighborhood houses are close together. Management was responsive to our request for a coffee maker carafe but also sent an unsolicited toaster a couple of days later. Each floor has its own AC unit, which is great for hot days. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The two second-floor bedrooms have en suites, and the first-floor bedroom has a bathroom next to it, which also serves as the guest bathroom. Suggested Description Edits: (1) Bathrooms - Two of the three bathrooms are tub/shower combos, not "shower only" as stated. This info would be useful for guests with small children. (2) Grill - Mention the outdoor gas grill. (3) Beach amenities - Mention the under-stairs closet with beach chairs, an umbrella, and floats, which we found too late in our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at a clean property. The 11-minute walk to the beach is very manageable.
