Only 3 cars are able to be there - which was fine for us, but having more than three cars could be problematic because they don’t allow parking in the cul-de-sac or at the Pool community.For what we used it for I give this place a five star"

"The location is amazing! We love this neighborhood! This property did not come with some of the extras that others offer. Games, bikes, etc. Storage was at a minimum. The pool was full of pollen and needed to be vacuumed. Appliances were all new and great! "

"My only negative feedback around this property was that the outdoor areas are unkept, not maintained and does not look like the pictures.We showed up to used soap and shampoo bottles lining the outdoor shower floor, it had not been cleaned whatsoever. The outside areas are all overgrown, zero maintenance. Spiders and spider webs everywhere. All chairs and loungers were filthy and falling apart. We booked this specifically for the private pool, but it was not a great place to hangout due to all...

"Our family schedules overlap only a couple of times a year. Whenever we take a trip together, we want it to be special. The most important factors are no stress, ease of access, great communication, and cleanliness. This property checked all boxes. The hot tub was awesome, the golf cart added a special touch, and we loved driving through nearby communities. The beach, creamery, and food were all within walking distance for our family. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Would highly recommend!"

"The location of Sweaty Palms was fantastic! So close to the beach and some great restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the towels were plentiful and the kitchen was well stocked. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the rental though, there were stains on the couch, a thick layer of dust on the bulbs above the medicine cabinet and worst of all there were cockroaches. Management apologized and promised someone would investigate. We are not sure if anyone ever came."

"Great stay! Host was incredibly easy to work with. Home was clean, great location, kids loved the pool. Super convenient rental for a lot of reasons. We will definitely be back."
