Lots of cooking pots/pans, etc and cups/plates/dining utensils, but there is NO salt/pepper/cooking oil/spices, no napkins and only one roll paper towels. Keurig pod/12 cup drip maker but no coffee filters. There was a small liquid dish detergent, but only tiny hotel size soaps in bathrooms. Just 3 dishwasher tabs, 3 rolls TP. No laundry detergent. "We had a fantastic trip and loved this carriage house. Every thing you can imagine is there. We enjoyed the beach set up and pickleball courts. Having a golf cart is super handy too. The mattress and linens were so nice and the house was spotless. "Great location in Grayton Beach. Convenient to everything g, quiet and charming. House needs more light, especially in kitchen and dining areas. We could not play games at table because it was so dark. House was clean but could use some TLC-doors and door frames need replacing, kitchen needs new cabinets and could use a few added essentials (cookie sheets, new pans). We had a great time! "

"The house was perfect for our family. Every sleeping area has its own bathroom which was really nice. There was plenty of seating in the living room and we loved having the pool table in the living room area so people could play and still be a part of the other activities that were going on.
