"What you see is what you get. Nothing wrong with that but if you plan on having a handful of people with you make sure to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. Also, any cooking you'll need to bring your own seasoning. Nothing extra they have not even trash bags. Pots and pans, yes. Overall the place was lovely."

"The location is amazing! We love this neighborhood! This property did not come with some of the extras that others offer. Games, bikes, etc. Storage was at a minimum. The pool was full of pollen and needed to be vacuumed. Appliances were all new and great! "

"Outside lights don’t work. Also the refrigerator didn’t make ice nor was cold. Lights did not work inside "

"The location of Sweaty Palms was fantastic! So close to the beach and some great restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the towels were plentiful and the kitchen was well stocked. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the rental though, there were stains on the couch, a thick layer of dust on the bulbs above the medicine cabinet and worst of all there were cockroaches. Management apologized and promised someone would investigate. We are not sure if anyone ever came."

"Never again will I stay at this house. Unfortunately this house is NOT senior friendly. I would have never dreamed that this house was so very small, 3 stories with the master bedroom on the third floor, kitchen/den second floor and kids bedroom on first floor right in front of the front door. My husband could not stay in the master bedroom on the third floor. The address we were given brought us to the back gate which you can't go through. Then the instructions say off of 30a.
