DETAILS: Enjoy a restful beach getaway at 51 Bramble Lane, a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Seagrove Beach home that sleeps 10 guests. Tucked within a gated community, this custom home offers access to 2 community pools and proximity to WaterColor and Old Seagrove. Imagine sun-splashed days spent casually exploring Scenic 30A via the Timpoochee Trail or spending afternoons kayaking across Eastern Lake’s glittering waters. Guests will love relaxing on the home’s shady porches or strolling to the white-sand beach—only a 10-minute walk away.

A spacious front porch furnished with Adirondack chairs sets the tone for a tranquil getaway. Inside the home, swathes of natural light highlight the gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the first floor. To the right is a living space, where a slip-covered corner sofa and 2 plush armchairs offer seating around the 65” Roku TV. On the left, an 8-person wood dining table awaits lively meals, while a spacious kitchen features quartz countertops, a Viking 5-burner gas stove, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The back door leads to an airy screened porch with soft patio seating and peaceful nature views—the perfect spot to indulge in a morning brew. Off the porch, guests will find additional seating and a propane grill for delicious barbecues. There is a sleeping nook with a built-in twin-over-twin bed, or guests can retire to the private guest bedroom, accessible only from the back porch.

Take the center staircase or the in-home elevator up to the second level for more sleeping accommodations. The house was nice and spacious. The only draw back was for 5 bedrooms there are 2 at best 3 parking spots. The house is located across the street from the community pool. The bikes and low speed vehicle (golf cart) was a great plus. We enjoyed our stay. It was only a few minutes by LSV to the heart of seaside or a short walk or bike ride to the several beach access points.

This house was a stones throw from Seaside, beautifully furnished, well-stocked and has three in-suite bedrooms which is perfect for a family with adult children or multiple couples. Will definitely rent again. One tiny downside was I had to lug a blow dryer as the management company told me there were none…every bathroom had one however!

We absolutely loved this property! We have been coming to the Seaside/Seagrove area for many years. This was our first stay at this property, and we’ll definitely be back! This house was located in a private & quiet community. The proximity& accessibility to town, the beach, Publix, Hwy 395 & 30A was perfect for all our needs & wants. The community pool was clean & great to walk right out to. The house was clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and cozy-comfortable for relaxing. The beds & linens were comfortable & luxurious (huge plus for us!). I loved that there were laundry baskets in every room—so helpful for long stays. I can’t say enough to cover how much we recommend staying here!
