The holiday apartment "Casa Susana" for four people is located on the first floor with a large furnished private terrace on the roof. Walking, just 10 minutes away, you can enjoy the incredible white sand beach and crystal-clear waters of Can Picafort and also others such as Muro beach and Santa Margalida beach.

Your wonderful terrace will allow you to enjoy outdoor dinners with barbecue or relax in the loungers under the Mallorcan sun.
This bright and cosy flat is fully air-conditioned. It has a spacious living room, two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a clean and well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a guest toilet.

The location of Casa Susana is ideal, just a few minutes from everything, such as beachfront restaurants, supermarkets and leisure activities, water sports offer nearby. Can Picafort is an area of great tourist activity.

Magnifique semaine

L'appartement était tout à fait conforme aux descriptions, très confortable, très propre et bien équipé, avec la chaleur avoir un peu de fraicheur en rentrant était vraiment appréciable. L environnement est juste parfait, la plage magnifique. Merci beaucoup pour cette semaine, pour votre petite attention à l arrivée et votre flexibilité à la sortieNous reviendrons sans hésiter

Beautiful Apartment in Can Picafort

We have just enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful apartment in Can Picafort. On arrival we received a lovely welcome basket of treats from our hosts. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped with almost everything we needed. Our favourite spot was definitely the roof terrace, a perfect oasis to get away from it all while enjoying the sunshine. A few things to note -There are two toilets which we weren't quite sure of on reading the description of the property. The TV has only German stations, and the mattress on the King Size bed is VERY firm. We moved into the twin bedroom and slept better. The Air conditioning was excellent and much appreciated especially at night and there was no extra charge for this. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood and only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful white sandy beach, supermarket, forest walks, fantastic restaurants, library and shops. We had a minor issue when the front door lock broke but the management were quick to respond and by the end of the day there was a new lock in place so it shouldn't be an issue for any other guests. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and would definitely visit again.
