A refreshing Community pool and hot tub are available for your use from the hours of 10 am to 10 pm, with HOA requiring that a person of age 18 or older accompany minors. ONLY 6 persons per unit may use the pool facility at one time. No outside food, drinks etc. (especially bottles) are allowed in the pool area.

Parking: This home allows up to 2 cars. Cars must be in a legal parking stall. Trailers and RVs are not permitted. There is a garage space for 1 car.

Stock: All homes provide linens and pillows for each bed. There is a minimum of two towels for each sleeping space. The cleaning fee also includes an initial supply of consumable items such as bath tissue, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap provided for your convenience. Refills are the responsibility of the tenant.
