"The dirtiest and smelliest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was a lot of dust in the room, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and there was a smell in the hallway like that of trash. I had a washing machine and a dryer in the room. When I turned on the washing machine, all the water spilled out into the living area like a fountain, and the dryer didn't even work. I stayed for a week, and cleaning was offered only once; no one changes the towels—you have to go to the lobby to ask for...

"The room had an odor, most likely from the old carpet. Overall though, the location was really good, the mountain view was amazing. It was close to a lot of good food and shopping options, and we appreciated having access to a full kitchen with included utensils and kitchenware. Would stay again."

"The room was spotless and pristine, just like a model home, and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Everything was exactly as we had hoped! We were traveling with my in-laws, so the peaceful location a little away from the busy town center was perfect for us. They were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the place, saying, “This is paradise! Did we somehow end up in heaven?” It was wonderful to see them so happy! I would definitely come back for our next trip :)"

"Parking was free so that is a plus, room did have A.C. Which most places in Hawaii don’t have. The kitchen pretty much comes with everything you might need if cooking. Cups,bowls,utensils,pots,knives,etc."
