"This place i think is mostly for university students living away frim home. The rooms have everything one needs, ecm en a small kitchen with stovetop fridge and microwave. A wardibe with room to hang dresses not just a short one. A desk and co fy bed. And a tv i never used. A nice size bathroom with a great shower. Paid parking inside a locked gate and only nine or 10 minutes from the old Center. I loved it here."

"Check-in was smooth and flawless. A good time was had by all. The fenced in yard was great for the kids to run around with addition to the pool and tennis court. The kitchen was fully equipped with enough glasses, plates etc to feed a full house. The view was to die for and the location, unbeatable. We cannot wait to visit again"

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. Although there was a window, it didn’t offer any view outside, which made the space feel a bit closed and less comfortable. That said, everything else worked well, and the stay was smooth and easy. "Sorry, no way this rates a 10. We arrived late after 2200. The apt is difficult to find. Exterior pictures of the building would have helped. We happened to visit on one of Europe's hottest days and there is NO A/C. No airflow and about 30 degrees inside. None of us slept. This should be listed in the description. The towels smelled like they had been left in the washer far too long before drying. Having the washer is nice and location is great if you want to stay in the middle of town....
