"We felt very, very safe in this gated little neighborhood with the owner living within the neighborhood or at least his daughter was there to help us out. The house was immaculate!"

"We stayed in the house for 5 days. We enjoyed the location and surrounding amenities much better than being in town. Everything was very new and clean. Great views. Great coffee and sandwich steps away. Wonderful local cuisine across the street. All activities very close"

"Just rent this house now and don't look elsewhere! Amazing view from the property. We saw a toucan, monkeys, coatis, agoutis, and other birds right from the porch. Close to everything in town and attractions. We had great communication with Daniela the host, and she arranged great guided tours for us. A truly incredible propety."

"Property is quite unique in design and memorable. Although a bit off the beaten path it is quite close to town and other attractions. You hear and see wildlife (monkeys, coatis, birds) and there is a lot of room that allows private accommodations for 3 separate couples. I would suggest flashlights be provided (short power outage and at night the premises outside are quite dark). No cleaning during 3 days there, but not really an issue. Kitchen is well equipped and overall place is comfortable...

"This home was exactly what we needed, close to downtown La Fortuna yet away from the noise. The house has 2 bedrooms with doble beds and TV’s and one loft with 2 twin beds. The bathroom has hot/cold water and the host provides shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. "We had an excellent day at this location. It was extremely spacious, with three bedrooms and more than enough room for the entire family. Shower temperature was great. The kitchen had just about everything although we weren’t able to find silverware, but it really didn’t make that much of a difference to us since we were eating out during our three day stay. It was very centrally located and close to all the restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great place to stay, kitchen was stocked nicely! The house was also very clean! We enjoyed the beautiful pool. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a little further from La Fortuna so just be aware that you will need to drive about 15-20 minutes into town and back. We didn’t mind the drive at all. It’s surrounded by many cool things to do and see! The outdoor furniture wasn’t super comfy but we still very much enjoyed the outdoor area. "Great central location to all excursions, walking distance to shops/cafes. Being downtown you will get city and neighbor noises… like the neighbor’s dog (quite vocal). It was great to have A/C and the washer/dryer. All and all, great stay."
