"I like this hotel very much. Never met an employee who wasn't on the ball and trying. It's my go to SF hotel for awhile now. Only thing I would mention is the nightstands with sloped edges! Haha. Things fall off a lot. "

"The Pickwick is a good motel option for the price. It is a clean, well presented building and the rooms are good with clean, functional bathrooms. The location is a positive and a negative. It is very close to Union Square so trams are very easy and convenient. This also puts it 1.5 blocks from “The Tenderloin” which appears to be a ghetto with numerous drug addicts all over the sidewalk. Do not walk north east of Market and 5th street."
