"Check on was ok; we arrive to the hotel earlier and our room was not ready yet; they offer to store our luggage and move it to the room when ready. We got a corner room which is bigger than the one you can get on one of the halls. Cleanliness of the room was ok, we noticed some built-up on the HVAC vent. The body wash in bathroom Was either broken or empty. The rest of the amenities were as expected."

"The rooms and service and restaurants are outstanding- Quimby (Q), Leo the concierge, Ari the bellman, the entire valet team and staff were beyond welcoming. A minor note that the pool/steam are not available to hotel guests without booking a spa service. It is a wonderful property and we will be back!"
