"If you're looking for quiet and seclusion, this is a great spot. The indoor thermal pool was nice for a half hour or so soak. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns. I think there was a walking trail near the hotel, but it was rainy so we decided to drive 45 minutes to Saturnia to the public thermal cascade...fabulous (and free)!!!. We decided to have dinner at a lovely restaurant half way between Saturnia and the hotel, as it seemed too...

"Unbelievable service and dining. The fancy restaurant was closed for some updates but the other restaurant was unbelievably! The made something not even on the menu. The even made us a pizza and the waitress brought to the room. Spa was excellent. We were very happy! A 1st class Hotel."

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location could not be better, just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and all the charm Orvieto has to offer. If you are an American or anyone unfamiliar with Orvieto, just book this hotel. "Very clean and convenient, nice that it was past the main part of town opposite side of city from vernacular which made it quiet but close. ( there is a nearby shuttle, or a 15 minute walk with bags…). The hotel gives you a feel that you are staying in a room of a castle. "
