The property accommodates a maximum of19 guests and includes 6 bedrooms, Including an accessible(on the first Level) 3.5 bathrooms, a family room, a dining room, parking for 3 vehicles, two 84' flat-screen TVswith free streaming services, a pool table, a fully equippedkitchen, air conditioning in every room, twoopen full furnishedterraces,a jacuzzi, a BBQ, and a bar.
Located in one of the besttourist areas of San Juan,the property is just 1 block away from Ocean Park Beach, (the best beach in the area), but also within walkingdistance toother good beaches and Lagoon. Just a 10-minute drive from the airport, a 10-minute drive to Old San Juan,within walkingdistance of a Supermarket, Pharmacies, Hospital, Museums,a lot of restaurants, Discotec, night live areas,bars, big hotels, and casinos.

Good for large groups

Place wa relatively clean though some areas could have been cleaner. The whole house needs some updating and cosmetic help.

Great location as advertised being just one block from the beach and a short drive to both the airport and to Old San Juan. Plenty of bedrooms, enough to sleep 16 or so depending on willingness to bunk up. Communal space was great, the pool table room, kitchen and mostly outdoor lounge areas were awesome. Bathrooms were mediocre and cleanliness was also just fine but if you’re looking for a fun gathering place I would recommend.

Great Location, Size and Layout

Big enough to fit an army (probably around 20 people if doubled up in almost all of the beds). Very easy walk to the beach, convenience store, and to a nice area with restaurants and casinos. Property manager was very responsive. Only knock against it was the previous people had a bit too much fun and broke something’s and they were not able to clean or make the repairs by the time we checked in. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing time, and the house way perfect! Would highly recommend for large groups around 8 people. Lots of king/queen beds, a great courtyard, and the pool table is a nice touch. The host was great, and even left us a few treats in the kitchen. 5/5

Great location

We were 10 guys and we meet once every year at a destination. This was the place 2023. Location is great. Walkable to supermarkets and shops. We grilled in the back. We were pretty loud at 2 am in the back yard. We got yelled by the neighbors but it is understandable. Keep the volume a little low at nights or get inside the house. There is no flaw in the house or the location.

Great family vacations

The property has every thing you want for a family or friends vacation. 2 blocks away is the beach. Near by many restaurants. Old San Juan is 7 minutes away by car. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall the main living room areas as well as balconies and social spots in which are the grill and jacuzzi offer great potential for big groups.
