Playas a 500 m, villa con aire acondicionado, piscina privada y jardín precioso

Os esperamos para pasar unas maravillosas vacaciones en completa tranquilidad y seguridad en este lujoso y independiente chalet nuevo de 150 m² para 2 a 8 adultos. Esta ubicado en una parcela privada y cerrada de 600 m².
Wifi alta velocidad por fibra óptica y aire acondicionado por todo.
Se puede disfrutar todo el día de la estupenda piscina privada y climatizada (10 m x 4 m). La bomba de calor se programará a 28° en temporada baja (con coste adicional entre 150 y 220/semana según la temporada).
La propiedad se encuentra a 500 m de las hermosas playas de arena, entre 200 y 500 m de todos los comercios, bares y restaurantes y hay campos de golf a 5 km.
Tenemos una preciosa cocina americana muy bien equipada (lavavajillas, placa de inducción, horno, microondas, enorme nevera/congelador, cafetera Nespresso...), abierta hacia un gran comedor y sala de estar con chimenea de adorno, Smart TV de 55 pulgadas con cadenas españolas y DVD blu- ray.
- 4 hermosas habitaciones: 2 con camas de 180x200, 1 con cama de 160x200, 1 con 2 camas de 90x190.
(cuna, bañera, parque infantil y trona disponibles para bebé)
- En el salón, un sofá cama de 140x190.
- 2 baños con amplia ducha italiana, uno con lavadora y secadora.
Se puede comer en el jardín a la sombra de los toldos y tenemos también una cocina de verano con una plancha de gas muy grande.
Para disfrutar del sol, hay 8 tumbonas con sombrillas y toldos a su disposición alrededor de la maravillosa piscina privada climatizada.
Para su comodidad, hay un pequeño baño con inodoro y lavabo cerca de la piscina, una ducha solar y una grande mesa de ping pong en el jardín.
Se puede fácilmente aparcar 2 vehículos en un lado de la propiedad. Tenemos también un sistema de alarma y una caja fuerte para depositar sus valores y para su comodidad la ropa de cama y las toallas de baño y de playa están incluida.
Como se dice en España, mi casa es su casa, hemos hecho lo mejor posible para que tengáis las mejores vacaciones posibles y en total seguridad. Somos los propietarios, vivimos a 2 km y estaremos allí para recibiros, entregarles las llaves y también en caso de necesidad.

Disfrutamos de unos días de vacaciones en esta estancia. Casa con todas las comodidades y equipamiento posibles. Además Marie-Ange, la casera, fue muy amable y os podrá ayudar en cualquier momento ya que vive cerca de la zona.

Very nice villa for a big family

We had a very nice week in the villa as a family of 7 ranging from age 17 to 79. Villa was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The outdoor area was great - big pool, gas BBQ, table tennis etc. Marie the owner was helpful and welcoming and answered all our questions promptly - she also booked us a taxi from the airport and left some basis food for breakfast we were arriving late at night. There are a few restaurants within a short walk or more near the beach which is around 15 mins walk. We could drive to a number of golf courses which were absolutely stunning and reasonably priced for Spain. Many thanks for a great holiday!

Vi är mycket nöjda med huset vi hyrde. Det fanns allt vi behövde. Huset passade våra behov som stor familj med små barn, unga och gamla vuxna. Beautiful Villa with a great pool

We’ve just returned from a 11 night stay at this villa, two families with children ranging from 10yo to 20 months. What a great place to stay, the villa has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the outdoor kitchen was a great addition. We opted to have the pool heated and were so glad we did, the children rarely left it! The rooms were all nice with very comfortable beds and soft furnishings. Marie and Francke were great hosts, sorting our transfers from the airport and on hand with any queries we had. The villa is in a great location with an Aldi and Lidl within walking distance and a slightly longer walk the other way to the beach. I would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a place for a family get together.

We had the most wonderful Christmas getaway. Even before our stay, the hosts were incredibly helpful, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Everything was so well thought out, creating a relaxing and homely atmosphere for our families, with plenty of space for all eight of us.The children absolutely loved the pool and made the most of it every single day. Fabulous villa in a great location

We highly recommed this lovely villa and the hosts Marie and Franck. The villa is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and has all the home comforts you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and living areas are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight of this villa is the outside space. There is a comfortable seating area and lots of sunbeds for everyone to enjoy in shade or sun, depending on your preference. The pool is fantastic and with the pool heating we were able to enjoy swimming from early morning to late evening. The villa is in a peaceful location, but perfectly located for a short stroll to the beach, with several bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Within a short drive there are lots of other small towns which are all very pleasant to stroll around and enjoy the various markets that are on. We didn't venture further afield but larger towns such as Murcia and Cartagena are also fairly close so lots to see and do. Marie and Franck are excellent hosts and were very responsive when we had queries or questions. We had an amazing holiday and hope to return very soon!

Amazing villa

I couldn’t rate this villa any more highly. Amazing pool kept our children happy all day from the morning till the evening. Some days we only went out for lunch/dinner and otherwise stayed in enjoying the outdoor space or watching a movie etc. This is home from home. Nothing is too much trouble and if ever needed owner is very quick to response back. Kitchen has everything you need and the small touches like washing tabs and dishwasher tablets etc made the stay very easy. Location is great, quiet but still shops, beach and restaurants near by. Weekly market also close by which we enjoyed.We are definitely hoping to come back and this time longer.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations

We have recently returned from what can only be considered as a truly unforgettable experience. This was made possible by not only the Villa but also the level of attention, care, communication and professionalism by Marie and Franck. They were dream hosts and couldn't ask for anymore. The welcome basket to immediate response ensured our holiday was the success it was. What a truly stunning villa whereby the photos do not do it justice. Absolutely everything you could think of was present and more. The highlight of the Villa was the 10m swimming pool. What an absolute delight and perfect temperature to cool you down from the Spanish Sun. Location was great as didn't require a car to the beach (10 min walk) or Aldi (10 min walk). I couldn't recommend this Villa and hosts enough and I'm very confident you will make the right choice in choosing this stunning Villa.

The Villa was perfect for us. There were 7 of us aged between 1 and 81 and we had everything we needed, all appliances are of a high standard. The location is great too, not a tourist hot-spot but plenty of good bars and restaurants. Everyone loved the pool which seemed to be the perfect size.

Fabulous villa

This villa is fantastic. Spacious, light and airy with so many touches to make it comfortable. I don't think we've ever had a better equipped villa. And the pool is wonderful. Not many places have pools as big. Marie and Franck were the best hosts. Marie even gave us a lift to our next stay. We are definitely looking to return.

Relaxed Stay Near Mar Menor

Marie and Franck were very hospitable hosts, providing excellent communication for our stay in the villa and also recommendations for restaurants they use locally and in the city of Murcia. The villa is very well equipped - it has all the equipment needed to host 8 people in terms of kitchen equipment, loungers and outdoor seating (which isn't always the case for villas with beds for 8 people). The pool is also large (approx. 10m length) for a private villa pool. The villa is a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this villa as a base for the Mar Menor area and Marie and Franck as hosts.

Perfekte Villa mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann!

Wir waren für eine Woche mit insgesamt 10 Personen (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) verreist. Alles an unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa war perfekt!! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls hervorragend! Es war für uns alles liebevoll vorbereitet und die Kommunikation mit Marie hat perfekt funktioniert. Sie hat uns stets bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Diese Villa ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100%! Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub!!

Brilliant!

The villa had everything you could possibly want for a fantastic holiday. The pool was amazing, Marie the owner was extremely helpful and kept in communication prior to our stay and checked that we had everything we needed especially for my granddaughter who was 7 months old. Also gave us tips on restaurants, shops and taxis, Aldi and Lidl were about a 10 min walk but used taxis to pick us up with the shopping on our return. Marie also arranged our airport transfers which was great. The beach is about 10/15 walk where you can find bars restaurants and concerts some nights and a few fun activities for the children which went down well! Would definitely recommend this villa it was so lovely just to relax, eat alfresco and go in the pool whenever we wanted, and of course the weather!

Amazing Villa

Just got home from a fabulous 10 nights at this great Villa. Marie and Franke are lovely hosts and very welcoming even arranging a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday. The pool is a good size with steps to enter. There is an Aldi and Lidl 10 minutes walk and the beach is within walking distance too. We are hoping to return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
