"Everything was as advertised. Clean, quiet and safe area"

"We stayed here for three nights while visiting San Francisco in July 2025. The house was about 20 minutes from downtown and included on site parking in the driveway. The master bedroom had a king bed, one bedroom had a queen, and the other had two twin beds. Both bathrooms were recently updated. The kitchen was large and wonderful, opening into the family room with a huge Roku TV. There is also a dedicated office space off the kitchen. "

"I very much appreciated Andy who is managing this property. The house was very clean, the bed comfortable. Heat is from a unit in living room that effectively heats the whole apartment. Means that the living room is usually warmer than rest of house, but that did not bother us and we were comfortable. The location is excellent and we felt very safe. Andy was very helpful in diligently dealing with some mechanical problems. The house does not have very many electrical outlets, so I advise...

"Nice property. The only drawback was the beds were a bit firm."

"We tried reaching out to the host when we arrived and it took too long for a response. Once we connected they wouldn’t stop micromanaging our stay. That wasn’t what I needed or wanted on my vacation. We had a major issue with false advertising of the amenities. "

"This was the perfect spot to converge for a family wedding. We liked that there the ample common spaces for West Coast-East Coast to hang out and catch up. The close prximity to shops and restaurants was a plus. My SoCal contingent loved having a garage. We also appreciated the good communication with the host. "
