"This is a lovely apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood just a very short distance from stores. The only reason I gave a 4 is the bedroom furniture and layout. There's not a comfortable place to sit, as it's an older futon, and there's no nightstands next to the bed, so my CPAP had to be on the bed next to me. If those things aren't an issue for some it could easily be a 5. It was quiet and I felt very safe, and I will book it again."

"Everything was so perfect. Almost everything in Renton is walkable from the house. I walked to one of the parks daily. Everything was so clean and we felt safe at all times. The neighborhood is so cute and I loved walking around and seeing all the different brightly colored houses, we dont have that where we are from! "Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful.
