"Loved the house so much! Had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. The location was amazing and the house felt very private. Lots of trees surrounding the house and yard. We brought our dogs and we were close to the walking path to walk them and let them out. The host comunicated well with us. The beach access was super close and an easy walk. "

"Erin ruined the stay but the Property Owner as usual was more than accommodating and stayed in contact with us throughout the preceding days. We will never stay anywhere else in the OBX. "

"Overall we had a great stay. The house is older and has weathered some storms but is fairly nice and served us well. Be prepared for lots of steps, which I'm sure is the case in any large beach house. We had 2 toddlers under 2 so it was a challenge to keep them off the steps. The gate from the top deck to the outside stairs desperately need to be replaced and some of the older deck furniture needs to be replaced but overall things were in pretty good shape. "Stayed here for a week with the the whole family (two kids under 10 and five adults). The house was exactly what we expected and great for our trip. We especially loved the location just down the street from the beach and sound. We made most of our own meals while staying, utilizing both the kitchen and the Blackstone (though my husband notes the attached side pieces on the grill get hot so he needed a side table for plates). "We enjoyed our stay. Cristina was a wonderful host and we really appreciated her excellent communication and how well she accomodated our group. The house was absolutely adorable and very comfortable. We also loved how close it was to the beach - just a short 7-min walk! The fact that the bech felt so private was a real bonus. "

"This is a great property for those looking for an OBX property that isn’t ginormous. Definitely an updated older beach home, with nice updated decor. Under-house entertaining and game room were nice features. Host is highly attentive. The property is next to a somewhat busy road on one side, but that also allowed for easy access to walking trails. Beach was a very short walk and didn’t involve crossing any roads. We had a great time. "
