This newly built secluded property is perfect for travelers looking to relax and be surrounded by nature with the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see! You will feel one with nature as the monkey's canopy trees surround the property. Enjoy the sounds of waves crashing nearby. It's our little slice of paradise that we can't wait to share with you!
The space
Welcome to Casa Blanca!

Our property includes a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a pull out sofa bed for a total occupancy of 8. All 3 bedrooms and the main room are air conditioned. There are two other houses available to rent for larger groups if you would like the entire property to rent please contact us. We can potentially sleep 22 people comfortably.

We are located appx 30-40 min. South of the popular city Tamarindo

Relax with the sound of the ocean on our covered patio steps away from a shared pool that is regularly maintained.

Ample parking for all guests but make sure to park to the far right of the fence to not get blocked in by guests of the other properties.

Fully fenced with a secure gate and a back locked gate to access a walk to the beach.

Fully equipped kitchen, laundry on site with drying rack and outside clotheslines.



Pura Vida
(You will hear this expression throughout your time in Costa Rica. Simply translated it means “pure or simple life”. But here in Costa Rica, it is more than just a saying. It’s an emotion, it’s an attitude, it’s happiness and it’s a way of life.)

Other things to note:
Animals you may encounter are howler monkeys, variegated squirrels, geckos, lizards, crabs, iguanas. Also, some spiders, toads, and possibly scorpions, this is their environment. Just be careful to keep things off the ground or shake off items left on the floor. The house is treated monthly. If this is uncomfortable we may suggest that Costa Rica may not be the best location for your vacation. Many of our guests come to Costa Rica for the experience of seeing some of these wonderful creatures in their natural environment.

Although the house is located in a safe area, it is always advisable to ensure that any valuables are kept locked away and out of sight. There is a safe provided for these items.

We would also recommend renting an SUV to access the house, especially in the rainy season, as the roads can become a bit washed out in bad weather.
