"The room was entered into whilst at the gym, cash & credit card stolen. There is no safe in the room. Staff couldn't have been more unhelpful. Requested keycard log. They took a very long time to produce it, long enough to tamper with? Log then showed no entry by any staff keycard. CCTV requested, none in corridors only elevators. Help to phone the police to report? Nope, said there is no point as all they will say is there is no evidence of room entry & no CCTV to support the allegation. Could...

"Everything was perfect for our first time in Paris. The room was large, the pool was amazing, the staff were kind. I wish the AC was stronger but overall, no complaints. This is the perfect spot for a family!"

"The only problem with this property is that Wi-Fi; it did not work and for the entire stay we were there (4 nights and 5 days), the property did not bother to fix it. Not sure this is a France problem, but having to rely on your roaming while traveling international country, it was problematic. If you have to work while traveling, avoid this hotel--I believe some other traveler had the similar review."

"What a charming hotel in an amazing location with the loveliest staff! The hotel is under renovation but my room was perfect and immaculate and there was no noise whatsoever from the building. The hotel will be even better when the lobby and bar are finished. My room was extremely tiny so, for 2 people with large luggage, splurge for one of the larger rooms. I can’t wait to stay here again."
