"Sadly our flights were cancelled due to the UK Air Traffic Control technical issue on Sep 8. All flights were impacted. Our rebooked flight was also cancelled. I contacted Expedia to see if they could contact the hotel and explain our situation. Expedia spoke to Mateo who advised Expedia that he could not cancel the reservation and issue a credit. While I completely understand that this was last minute but it was due to a very unfortunate issue in the UK."

"Room was very clean. Nice quiet location in a nice neighborhood. Best local restaurant right around the corner and bus stop also. Train station within few minutes walking. Loved our breakfast on the terrace with Giada. Fell in love with her!"

"We found the Junior suite on the ground floor noisy at night because people sat outside our room to smoke and talk until 1.30am. We raised it with the night concierge - he shrugged his shoulders. But the daytime concierge were helpful. Also we were surprised that the pool is open to the public so it was quite busy on the weekend and towel restrictions are imposed - pretty mean given the cost of the room. It's not a great position - 20 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo. The only nearby bus...

"Perfect location. The colosseum is literally across the street! ( You can see it from your room ). Great communication from the host host. They provided us with excellent instructions and videos on accessing the building and the room. Our Taxi was able to find it easily as well. Great experience. Highly recommend!"
