"There was some renovation taking place during our stay. This didn't impact our stay but it worth noting that there was work going on throughout the duration. The staff were brilliant and really helpful. The parking is limited but great value if you are travelling by car and able to stay."

"We stayed two nights. The hosts were amazing. Great choice for breakfast. Very convenient for the town. The bedroom was quiet with a lovely view to the garden. Didn’t realise there was a fridge until the last day!! We will return hopefully when the weather is better"

"From our after midnight arrival to the manager who went out of his way to change us from one type of handicap access room to one that was better suited to my needs. This property was run like a well oiled machine. The staff overall was polite and helpful, which obviously was made possible by the manager who seemed to treat them all the same way he treated guests (kind and helpful) even when he wasn’t in the building the staff was exceptional. A rare find these days"

"Neat place above the pub. If staying in that section, the stairs are quite narrow to get checked luggage up - but doable. We booked through Expedia and it said no attendant on site - so there was confusion on where to leave our bags and we did not receive a response so we ended up paying Premier Inn to hold our bags. "The hotel was ok, no more or no less than that. The pictures on the website were all of the newer bit of the hotel by the looks of it. Our room even said “old” on the invoice I signed. Bed ok, room had good furniture but too much of it so barely room to move. Window to a fire exit that kept banging in the wind. Shower screen might as well have been wire mesh as water leaked everywhere and flooded the bathroom which looked to have been happening for a while looking at the water staining / state...

"Staff were very helpful at all times. Incredible facilities available for guests (I personally took advantage of the pool for a bit of exercise). There's lots of space available for parking, and it's in a nice quiet area, with great access for Stratford."

"Central position to explore Stratford. Comfortable bed, adequate room. Stayed during the heatwave so was way too hot, not the properties fault! Parking in NCP car park is right next door but adds £30 for my two nights to the cost. Would have maybe looked elsewhere if knew before hand. Went to Weatherspoons down the road for breakfast so cannot comment on that."
