We were surprised to see major outside work which began at six am each morning.Our bedrooms were in a separate building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were adequate for two people but there was insufficient tea/milk also only one hand towel and water glass. "Great hotel, they concentrate on what’s important, the room. It’s large, comfortable and clean. Only minor issue is the TV is old and has only the basic channels but hey if you are watching TV for any long period then you should probably stay at home rather than visit gorgeous Stratford."

"The location was central to places we wanted to visit. The area seemed safe and the property was secure. Parking was available which was helpful in a town where parking places are at a premium. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Everything seemed modern and fairly new."

"This hotel is a real find. We wanted a quiet location, close to the motorway with EV chargers. The hotel had all of that, plus a really nice bar area. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had a nice, freshly cooked, evening meal and good breakfast. Will definitely return"
