"We had a lovely stay! Very clean, spacious basement apartment. The host was attentive and available if anything was needed. "

"Close enough to Sandbanks. On water front if you have the right unit. Oldish accommodations. No counter space in bathroom, small shower. No kettle even though was on the list. No dish rack in kitchen. TV is in bedroom no in living room"

"Older building but ultra modernized interior. Some floors a little uneven but par for the age of the home. Excellent location, easy communication with host, some instructions about how to operate the thermostat would be helpful for technically challenged seniors like me!! Would stay here again!! "The guesthouse is very clean, the host is easy to join. There were snacks available when we got there, as well as coffee and milk. The bbq eas very useful. Though small, the kitchen was well equiped."
