Are you looking for a weekend escape? The Goodman is perfect for anyone who wants to make the most of their time away from the city, while still enjoying the convenience of nearby restaurants and locally owned shops. Our space offers comfort, privacy, with a full kitchen and all the amenities you need.

The Goodman features a modern, open concept living and dining area, three bedrooms, and one bathroom with skylights and exposed brick throughout. The two main bedrooms feature Queen-sized beds and large windows. The third bedroom features two Twin-sized beds. Laundry machines are provided for your use located in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, basic cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances including a Keurig for your morning coffee.

Guests will have access to the entire unit except for the utilities closet. There are no common/shared areas.

Enjoy the perks of staying in Downtown Belleville, close to local shops, restaurants and amentieis. Only a short drive to Prince Edward County for wineries, breweries and beaches.

Limited overnight parking in downtown Belleville. A map will be provided for the overnight paid parking spaces that are available. Please note these spaces do fill up quickly.

Crib: If you require a crib, we have a stow and go crib available. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can have it onsite for your arrival.
Parking: We offer one free parking spot behind the building. Additional paid parking is available just across the street.

Ribhu was a wonderful host, very helpful and responded promptly to inquiries. The flat is very comfortable, spacious, and better than conveyed in the pictures. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Flat

More beautiful in person, which is hard to do because the listing photos are very beautiful. The flat was perfectly clean and well maintained and the property management was very responsive.

This property is beautifully decorated and lovely - especially beneficial is the separation of bedrooms and availability of 3 rooms for 3 travelers - hard to find! We loved lounging on the sofa and chatting away! Beds are good, towels are soft and large & fluffy. Owner is very quick to respond to communications. Really good place to pass the night - and walk around the growing quaint town center - lots of flowers. :) Parking directly in front of the unit - 3 spaces - limited one hour 9-5 pm - but if you come at 4:30 you could score a great spot! :) Boathouse restaurant good option for fried seafood - sitting outside on deck was good. Paolo's looks great and is totally walkable.

Incredible Property

Had such a lovely time at the Front Street Flat. Decided to stay here for a girls' winery weekend in PEC. This property would be perfect for a bachelorette. Check-in was extremely smooth and the property was very clean. Was impressed with the decor and setup of the place and the host's communication was top-notch. My only complaint was that it was hard to sleep with the noise outside but that is not a reflection of the host, just a reflection on the neighborhood. I would still stay here again in a heartbeat with my girlfriends.

Very impressed

First time using vrbo. Our experience was very professional, and made us feel very at home. The beds were incredible. Will not hesitate to use vrbo and/or stay here again. Definately recommend goodman flats
