"The room was clean, and preparations for new guests were good. However, judging by the dust on the table and kitchen sink, it would be good if more attention were paid to cleaning. Among the kitchen utensils, the frying pan was in good condition, but I am not sure if it was made by a previous guest; there was something burnt and stuck to the bottom, and it did not wipe off easily."

"Cute little place, just perfect for our short stay. Loved the dog amenities and although there is not a yard, there is a sidewalk on the quiet tree lined street for walking your dog. I also appreciated the ability to sit outside with my morning coffee. Also appreciated the coffee pods and machine!"

"Check in was not good for a same day rental. Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. "It was a marvelous experience not only in terms of place of stay but most importantly the courteous and guiding attitude of the staff we were dealing just virtually. It was like we are in personal interaction with them that is only aimed at facilitating us from every aspect. My family immigrated from Pakistan just couple of months ago and this was their first time in Toronto and stay here was like a treat for them. I will strongly refer them. "
