"Highest possible recommendation for this hotel. Two of us travelling. Fantastically convenient for the sites and yet in a peaceful spot. The staff couldn’t have done more or been any more charming and thoughtful. The apartment was finished to the highest standards and the bed was particularly comfortable. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance and Ubers are easy to get for longer journeys. We had five days in late November and had a great time. Vienna is a great choice for...

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! A real gem in Vienna. The location is great - close to transport and the neighbourhood of Spittelberg - but also walkable to the old town and Ringstrasse. The hotel itself is really well designed, the staff are great and the room was warm and cosy for our winter trip. Breakfast is fantastic - so much variety and all really nice food. We had a blast."

"Le petit déjeuner était très diversifié avec des produits de bonne qualité. La chambre était propre petit bémol pour la douche très étroite avec rideau de douche ce qui n’est pas évident mais au moins aucune trace de moisi. Literie très confortable. Hôtel calme et très bien situé."

"Wonderful old hotel which has been maintained to a very high standard. Staff superb- friendly, helpful and attentive. The manager is a great ambassador for the hotel - a really nice person. "11月末~12月初頭にかけて、2人でスーペリアツイン（ベッド2台）に8泊しました。 部屋は想像していたよりも広く、ストレスなく過ごせました。 清潔さも申し分ありません。 部屋は暖かく、乾燥を覚悟していましたが、心配には及びませんでした。 シャワーの水圧がやや心許ないですが、困るほどではありません。 些細なことですが、日によって洗面台の上の小さなサイズのタオルだけ、補充されているときといないときがありました。 部屋に置いてあるティーバッグのハーブティーのがとても美味しかったです。Mannerのチョコレートが置かれているときもあり、こちらも美味でした。 何よりも、立地が良いためどこへでも歩いて出掛けやすく助かりました。 特に楽友協会はとても近いため、コンサートに行くときには一度ホテルに戻って着替えることができました。 いろいろなカフェに行きたかったため朝食は付けませんでしたが、とても評判が良いようなので、また宿泊することがあれば付けてみようと思います。 とても良い滞在になりました。"
